I’ve been suffering from shoulder and backache for some time, most likely due to my sitting posture working off my laptop and phone each day that I was so seriously in need of a body massage. When I heard of the AI Alice-7 Massage Robot from @chrysalismediaesthetic, I decided to give this a try.

Yes you heard right, it’s a massage robot (though there is always a trained staff from Chrysalis there ensuring everything is working fine, so no worries). This therapy provides a targeted massage on tension points using advanced sensors and algorithms. This is unlike typical body massages that sweep across the whole back, but it was totally what I needed to fix my annoying aches!

I have to say the massage on my shoulder and upper back was spot on in terms of finding the correct spot and the use of appropriate strength (you can ask to adjust the strength if needed). I really loved this!

As part of my self care goal for 2023, I’ll be incorporating this with other body treatments from @chrysalismediaesthetic which will include some TCM treatments (which I have never tried before!), do look out for my shares coming up!
